Santa Cruz Catholic School is located in Buda, Texas just south of Austin and is the only Catholic Elementary School in Hays County. Our school is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED) and the Southern Association of Schools and receives its accrediting authority from the Texas Education Agency. We serve Pre-kindergarten 3-year-olds through 8^th grade. Our 50,000 square-foot education building at Santa Cruz houses 23 classrooms, including a music/band hall, science lab, art room, cafeteria, library, and playground. Our school offers many programs for children and parents to engage in. Some of those programs include:

• Athletic Programs for Grades 4 – 8 in Flag Football, Basketball, Cross Country, Soccer and Volleyball
• Award winning Children’s Choir
• American Heritage Girls Troop, Girls Ages 5-18
• State of the art technology for our students
• P.S.I.A. Academic Competition

It is with great honor and enthusiasm to serve you and your children as the new principal of Santa Cruz Catholic School.  I feel truly blessed to become part of this community, which has already given me such a warm welcome!  In every interaction I’ve had with staff, students and families so far, it’s become abundantly clear that this school is a unique and special place.  You have made me feel at home here and I am so grateful.

Throughout the last 10 years, I have personally experienced and been a witness to the blessings that Catholic Education brings to the entire family.  The Santa Cruz Catholic School community has demonstrated a dedication to helping our students to learn, grow, and live out their Catholic faith.  I look forward to continuing this journey with you as we identify specific goals and initiatives that will prepare our students to be successful in and out of the classroom as they reach their fullest potential.
